The Index style chopping boards consist of 4 colour-coded anti-slip chopping boards and a housing for storage. They are designed to prevent cross-contamination of different types of food. The illustrations on the board show which food (raw meat, raw fish, vegetables or cooked food) the board should be used for. All chopping boards have non-slip feet and lowered edges to catch leftovers and liquids. They also have knife-friendly surfaces and the housing has a non-slip underside. The frame as well as the cutting boards have non-slip bases and the boards catch crumbs as well as liquids in the slanted edges. The boards are of course dishwasher safe.
