Das Gastroback Cool Touch macht seinem Namen alle Ehre. Wegen der doppelwandigen Ausführung sind Verbrennungen nicht möglich und das, obwohl kein Kunststoff sondern Edelstahl verbaut wurde. Die Temperaturen können in 5er-Schritten eingestellt werden und weichen nur um durchschnittlich 1°C ab.
