High-performance kneading machine with extra powerful 1200 watt. It features 8 speed settings (0/1/2/3/4/5/6 + pulse) and a 6.3 litre stainless steel dish for preparing a maximum of 3–3.5 kg of mixture. The aluminium die-cast beater allows for uniform mixing of sizeable quantities of dough, while the aluminium die-cast dough hook is designed for heavy doughs, such as yeast or bread dough. The stainless steel whisk is perfect for light sponge cakes and fluffy egg whites.

This machine includes a special robust gear mechanism, a 35° swivelling multifunction arm, and an unlocking mechanism for the multifunction arm. It also has a safety circuit, is particularly easy to operate and clean, and features non-slip suction feet for stability. The quick-action chuck securely holds the tools.
