The German Empire has been at war for almost five years. The Axis powers are fighting in East Asia, the Balkans, Italy, the world's oceans, the islands of the Pacific, and at the gates of Moscow. With each passing day, the material and personnel superiority of the opponents becomes more overwhelming. The "Hellhound II," the world's first ballistic ground-to-ground missile, is intended to turn the tide of battle in favor of the Axis before it is too late.
