The accompanying subject didactic publication is a link between the online platform and everyday teaching and sheds light on the conceptual background of the instrument idea for teachers. In particular, the selection and specific preparation of knowledge for instrumental use in ABU is explained on the basis of selected instruments from both learning areas. The SFIVET author Dr. Daniel Schmuki and the SFIVET author Rahel Eckert-Stauber also clear up some forms of presentation of certain knowledge contents that have been little reflected on from a subject didactic point of view, but which have been traditional for decades, and place them in a larger subject-specific context.
