Insolvenzrecht aktuell: Reformen und Umsetzung

Insolvency law is and remains a very dynamic subject: In 2021, GREx and RIRUG again brought about drastic innovations. Case law on insolvency law is also developing rapidly. Bettina Nunner-Krautgasser and Kathrin Poltsch therefore organised the Graz Insolvency Law Practice Symposium (GRIPS) for the first time in autumn 2021 to promote networking between academia and practice and to exchange views on current issues. Top-class experts discussed various aspects of insolvency law and related areas of law, focusing in particular on central innovations resulting from GREx and RIRUG. The presentations of exciting and curious cases as well as the panel of insolvency judges, where current case law was presented and discussed, were also very well received by the numerous participants from the practice. In addition to articles on current topics in insolvency law by Bettina Nunner-Krautgasser, Axel Reckenzaun, Franz Mohr, Clemens Jaufer, Markus Bachler and David Seidl, this volume also contains previously unpublished decisions on insolvency law prepared by Herwig Handl, Kathrin Poltsch and Gudrun Slamanig.
