Expert opinions have always been prepared by social workers in various fields of social work and on a wide range of issues. The main addressees are family, care and juvenile court judges, but also health insurance companies, pension insurance providers, care authorities and specialist colleagues. The book is intended as a teaching aid that supports social work professionals and students in professionalising their own opinions. The focus is on exemplary expert opinions on proceedings in cases of child endangerment, on custody and access issues in separation and divorce proceedings and on juvenile criminal proceedings. The volume contains all relevant legislative changes from 2021.
