The work contains the Flat Rate Agreement 2024 (FPV 2024) as well as the flat rate per case catalogue, the catalogue of supplementary additional charges and the nursing revenue catalogue. One focus of the revision was the implementation of hybrid DRGs in the remuneration system for 2024, with the nursing revenue catalogue for hybrid DRGs being included as a new Annex 3c of the FPV 2024. The hybrid DRG cases in question are therefore no longer part of the flat rate per case catalogue in accordance with Section 1 of FPV 2024.
