The dots only light up as a check or when the box is sufficiently charged. Just leave it to charge for a few hours on a 5v (3a) adapter and then it will be fine. At first I thought the box wasn't charging either.

Has there been a solution in the meantime? My daughter has the same problem. We have a total of 3 boxes (Go) but only have problems with one of them. Kind regards Mirjam

You cannot necessarily keep the appliance in a backpack while heating, especially if you are careful that there are no splashes of water or other obstacles that could affect its function. It is advisable to place the appliance during the heating phase so that it is well ventilated to ensure safe and efficient heating. However, some users have reported that they have left the HeatsBox in a carry bag during the heating phase to protect it from water splashes and that this has worked without any problems as long as the bag was not too tight or airtight. However, it is always advisable to follow the manufacturer's instructions and use the device in a well-ventilated environment.

No, it is not recommended to store the HeatsBox Go with food in it in the refrigerator. Here are some reasons why this is not advisable: - The HeatsBox Go is designed to heat food, not to cool it. It has no cooling function and would not keep the food at a safe temperature. - The inner tray of the HeatsBox Go is made of stainless steel and is designed for heating and not for cooling food. - It is important to consume the food immediately after heating or to store it in a safe place to ensure safe food hygiene. It is better to heat the food in the HeatsBox Go before leaving the house and then take it with you instead of keeping it in the fridge and heating it later.

Heat Box Go can be easily charged via USB-C. If you are travelling, you don't need a socket because you have already charged it at home (battery). The Style is switched on using a plug/socket.

I don't have this problem. Airplane mode on the Iphone, in out, Bluetooth in again, hold down the power button on the Heatsbox. Delete connection on Android. Otherwise update/reinstall app.
