Hello, this airbed has an integrated USB connection! Is there a battery built into the bed or can you only charge a device when the 220V plug from the bed itself is plugged in? Thank you :)

Hello, there is no battery and for the USB connection to work, the bed must remain connected to the power supply.

Does anyone have experience of how well the fitted sheet holds on the mattress? How well does it inflate and deflate later and fold up after use?

The fitted sheet holds great. Inflating and deflating it works perfectly. And you sleep really well on it.

i bought the mattress brand new and had to pump it again in the evening because it lost air. it has now lost so much air overnight that it is no longer possible to sleep on it and i have to pump it up again. why does it lose so much air?

If there is still a guarantee, exchange it immediately. Mine lasted only 3 months with daily use.

I read on other review portals that the mattress loses air every few days and therefore needs to be constantly re-inflated. Can those who own this product confirm this?

Yes, the bed has a valve if there is no electrical connection nearby, provided you are in good shape ;-)

We are very sorry that there are problems after the second use. If you have only had the airbed for a year, it should still be under warranty and I would recommend that you send the airbed back to us so that this can be checked.
