Hi, I have two 27" monitors, wouldn't take bigger. However, the mount is top :)
If it says max 27`` then u shouldn't go above that. I'm not sure if it works, maybe another user tried it and can answer that question.
It's possible... if your desk is about 5-7 cm away from the wall, the monitor (Dell 24") projects about 7 cm onto the desk. You can also adjust the height, so you can make full use of the desk. I installed it today (quickly and easily) and I don't regret my purchase at all.
Both monitors should have a VESA 100x100mm connection and therefore be compatible with the bracket.

Yes, there are two VESA adapter plates in the scope of delivery.
