Finding a solution for the annoying sweat our body produces is often not easy. Sage oil is a proven remedy against sweating.

For excessive sweating: Sage oil helps with excessive sweating. For example, you can add a few drops of sage oil to your shower gel and start your day with a sweat-reducing shower. You can also take a warm foot bath with a few drops of sage oil or use the essential oil for homemade deodorant.

To make the deodorant yourself, follow these steps: Mix 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of baking soda, and a few drops of sage oil, tea tree oil, lavender oil, and lemon peel oil.

The homemade deodorant not only protects against sweat and unpleasant odors due to the addition of sage oil but also because of the disinfecting properties of the essential oils and the alkaline effect of the baking soda. Lactic acid bacteria, which break down sweat and cause unpleasant odors, will then have no chance.

Aromatherapy lamp: In an aromatherapy lamp (1 to 2 drops are sufficient), sage oil can be suitable for meditation and better concentration – especially in combination with other essential oils. It combines particularly well with lavender oil and rosemary oil.

Revitalizing bath: Treat yourself to a bath after a tiring and stressful day with 30 to 35 drops of essential sage oil and 5 to 10 ml of cream in the bathwater.

To finish, you can massage yourself with a homemade care mixture to keep your skin soft, delicate, and well-hydrated. For this, you can mix a few drops of sage oil with coconut oil, camelina oil, or sweet almond oil and use this oil mixture for a skin-nourishing and pleasant massage.
