An overview and visualization of the current project status and individual work steps are visible to all participants at any time. The board supports and enhances self-organization and the visualization of planning processes for agile project teams. The progress and obstacles of a project can be regularly documented for everyone to see. Individual adjustments to changing project requirements are immediately possible. The board is the fundamental building block for a successful project, as project teams have a constant overview of workflows in the form of individual work steps. It promotes direct communication within the project team, thereby increasing effectiveness and collaboration. With five story lanes, user stories and sprint tasks can be displayed on the board. Available in two different sizes, the board surface is made of white painted steel sheet, printed with a UV-resistant special coating. It features a surrounding silver matte anodized aluminum frame with gray plastic corners. The surface is magnetically receptive, writable, and erasable with a dry cloth. Included in the delivery are a 300 mm long shelf board and mounting materials.
