Satel GSM/GPRS-MODULE/INT-GSM

INT-GSM is a GPRS communication module that allows INTEGRA and INTEGRA Plus series of alarm control panels to communicate via the GSM network. The device operates on the control panel’s keypad bus.

It supports two SIM cards, enabling it to receive messages and incoming calls simultaneously. All GPRS transmissions are encrypted using the AES-192 standard.

INT-GSM reports events to two monitoring stations, such as security agencies, via the GSM network. It utilizes GPRS and SMS messages, with the option to set priority for each transmission path.

Event notifications are generated automatically based on the control panel event memory. The module sends information via SMS messages or CLIP service (up to 16 numbers) and, when used with the INTEGRA Plus control panel, can also send emails (up to 16 addresses). After installing the INTEGRA CONTROL app on a smartphone, PUSH notifications are available.

A significant advantage of the INT-GSM device is its ability to work with the ETHM-1 Plus Ethernet module (RS-485 port connection). By default, GPRS serves as a backup communication channel for Ethernet. This combination allows for Dual Path Reporting, in accordance with EN 50136, and for determining the priority of event monitoring tracks (Ethernet, GPRS, and SMS).

Communication via the GSM network enables a wireless connection between the control panel and a computer with the installed DLOADX and GUARDX programs, allowing for configuration and management of the system from a remote location. The connection between the module and PC can be established via the SATEL connection setup service.

Module software updates can be performed via the RS-232 port or remotely via GPRS, using the UpServ software.
