When children discover the joy of reading, they need stimulating and entertaining reading material. Reading comprehension develops through reading and actively engaging with our language. The reading and coloring sheets serve as a motivating exercise for reading comprehension. The pages are clearly structured, allowing students to start practicing without extensive explanations. Each page features a black-and-white drawing that is still incomplete. Each drawing is accompanied by a short reading text, which the children read aloud or silently. The text encourages the children to complete the drawing and paint the missing elements. They must also pay attention to the correct colors mentioned in the sentences. The sheets are numbered but can be worked on in any order. The texts are predominantly in the present tense.
