Product details
In print almost continuously since 1978 and long on its way to world fame: Café Lehmitz - as a book, as a "hotspot" among all the milieu pubs in the world, located in Hamburg at the end of the Reeperbahn. The Swedish photographer Anders Petersen made Café Lehmitz immortal with his tenderly raw photographs.
In 1985, Tom Waits chose the famous cover photo "Lilly and Rose" as the cover of his album Rain Dogs and now thanks his friend Anders Petersen with a poetic foreword for the American edition of the book and the German reprint, which is coming soon. Tom Waits' words will accompany our book from now on into the world and also give the special edition, which comes with an original photograph of "Lilly and Rose", its special sound.
