The Babysense is a sensor mat with sensitive sensor points that can easily be placed under the mattress. It detects the baby's breathing movements. If something is wrong, a loud alarm sounds to alert you immediately. This is, of course, very practical and safe. You will also be warned if you are not nearby or if you are sleeping.
How does the Babysense work? The Babysense consists of two round sensor mats that are placed under the mattress and a control unit. The sensor mats respond to the baby's movements through the mattress. If no movement is detected for more than 20 seconds or if the number of breathing movements falls below 10 per minute, the alarm will sound. The control unit is simple and very user-friendly. There are no power cables running through the bed. You can use one sensor mat in a crib, but if the child is in a cot, you will need both. This mat is also successfully used in maternity clinics and kindergartens.
