The Phoenixfix 3 perfectly adapts to the child's body measurements. For smaller children, the seat cushion is used at the beginning, which can later be easily removed. The seat cushion, leg support, and headrest ensure optimal size adjustment, providing greater safety and comfort.

Especially in small children, the head and neck area are very vulnerable in the event of an accident or sudden braking maneuvers, as the head is proportionally larger and heavier compared to the rest of the body than in adults. In an accident, the protective body absorbs the impact energy and functions similarly to an airbag. Its special shape allows for the "rolling" of the child's upper body, resulting in reduced strain on the neck area.

The energy-absorbing high-performance material "Honey Comb 2" is used in the sensitive head and shoulder area to protect this delicate zone of the child particularly well. The child seat is always secured in the car using the vehicle's 3-point belt system. However, this belt system was designed for adults. The Kiddy Shock Absorber absorbs the energy exerted on the 3-point belt, protecting the child in the event of an accident or sudden braking maneuvers.

The seat can be easily secured in the vehicle using the practical k-fix+ connectors with the Isofix system. The optimized k-fix+ system also allows the seat to be shifted sideways, providing additional absorption of side impact energy in the event of an accident. The larger, individually adjustable reclining angle allows the child to maintain a relaxed and comfortable sitting position, especially on longer journeys. In cars without Isofix, the k-fix+ connectors can also be folded away.
