Why isn't this added to the minimum order value (which is a joke anyway)??? I am 1.- below and have to pay 9.-, a 10.- gift card would at least be an acceptable solution.

The low-quantity surcharge is basically there to cover the internal processing costs for small orders, which ultimately leads to us being able to set the prices of the products concerned lower. More detailed information can be found under this link.

As the voucher is digital and therefore does not incur any costs in our logistics, it is not included in the minimum order value.
