I've had the monitor for a few days, but I'm already having some problems. After a Windows 10 update, my computer no longer recognised the monitor's keyboard, mouse or network (connected via USB-C, different cable to the one supplied, which is far too short). Interestingly, the Mac M1 no longer recognised anything at all (connected via TB4, again with a different high-quality cable as the one supplied is too short). After a bit of back and forth (restarting both computers, resetting the screen, disconnecting from the power supply and switching on again later), the keyboard and mouse now work on both computers. I also have a picture on the Mac (via TB4) and also on the Windows PC (display port). However, networking via the screen no longer works on either computer. My switch also reports that the screen is not plugged in, no lights are lit on either side. The cable is brand new (Cat6) and the switch is a 1Gbps Ubiquiti switch. The monitor has the latest firmware (checked with Dell Display Manager) Does anyone have experience with this problem?
