If the e-mail from "YourSoftware@activate-here.com" has not arrived, as stated in the instructions (https://static.digitecgalaxus.ch/Files/6/9/7/6/2/7/1/160727_dig_ESD-Anleitung_A4.pdf) can this be requested again in the customer portal / order portal or must this be done Digitec customer service?
