Question about Lenovo ThinkVision P27h-20

I bought this screen and connected all the cables accordingly. But I don't get a picture - do I need to adjust anything else on the laptop (also Lenovo)? I press the on button and it keeps switching back to standby mode. Sorry, not really my world. Thanks!

In the Windows screen settings, you should be able to set whether the image of the notebook is mirrored on the monitor, whether only the image on the external monitor can be displayed or whether you want to use the notebook and external monitor simultaneously.

On the monitor you would probably have to select the input where the monitor cable is plugged in. Some monitors do not automatically search for the input they are using.
