Hello together Do I need a TPM module if I have an Intel i9 10900KF processor and the other conditions for Windows 11 are met? I heard that I have to change something in the bios, but where? Greetings to all Windows users

You probably don't need this (not available) module and the 10900KF should be able to do TPM.
With an Intel CPU, the BIOS setting you are looking for could possibly be "PTT".

Besides physical TPM modules, there are also fTPM (firmware TPM, called PTT at Intel).
Intel and AMD have been integrating TPM in version 2.0 into CPUs for several years. To be able to use this, the BIOS of the PC/notebook must support it and it must also be activated there.

Intel CPUs from the 8th generation onwards usually have TPM integrated. Intel calls this PTT (Platform Trust Technology). AMD has been integrating TPM as fTPM in the CPUs since the use of the AM4 socket from around 2016.

Before buying a TPM module for the mainboard, which may be unnecessary, you should check whether the possibility of fTPM / PTT via CPU is possible in the BIOS and whether this only needs to be activated.

Hoi
Look here, that sums it up quite nicely:
Technich low level, interesting! https://helgeklein.com/blog...
...and Highlievel: https://www.onlogic.com/company...

Probably you don't have to do that much and just check it out... And you might have everything you need - and depending on the mainboard / bios, maybe not quite yet... then you need a TPM like this
