The features of the Thermal Grizzly Carbonaut thermal pad at a glance: a reusable, non-adhesive thermal pad made from carbon-based polymer with nanoparticles. Extremely high thermal conductivity of 62.5 W/(m-K). Long durability, with no drying out, wear, or decomposition processes. Thickness of 0.2 mm and dimensions of 51 × 68 mm for AMD Threadripper CPUs for socket TR4. Caution: Please observe the manufacturer's warnings before use. The Carbonaut is electrically conductive and therefore not suitable for use on MOSFETs or voltage converters.
