For the new development of the Oli series, a well-known North American engineering team in loudspeaker construction was brought on board. The cabinets are made of resonance-dampening MDF wood, featuring a rounded shape to minimize disruptive reflections inside the enclosure. High-quality 25 mm polymer tweeters are used for the high-frequency drivers, distinguished by their very short and precise response time. The latest fiberglass drivers are employed for the bass chassis. They are equipped with solid aluminum phase plugs that improve radiation behavior and optimally cool the voice coils. The sturdy membranes are made from a finely woven fiberglass fabric, characterized by high stiffness while maintaining very low weight.
