Velux App Control
At first, the WLAN connectivity was a significant problem. The Velux App Control only works with 2GHz wifi networks, although many people, including myself, have hybrid wifi networks that include 5GHz. This seems like a significant misconstruction and is an inconvenience for users with advanced wifi systems.
The connection itself was unstable and dropped frequently. This made it incredibly difficult to add my Velux windows to the app as the process requires a constant connection. I spent a lot of time troubleshooting and trying to maintain a stable connection, but the experience was extremely frustrating.
Furthermore, the entire product seems underdeveloped. Given the price and the prestigious brand name, I expected a more sophisticated and user-friendly experience. Instead, I encountered an app that was cumbersome to navigate and a gateway that was erratic and unreliable.

I recently had the opportunity to try out the Velux App Control to control my Velux windows. I was excited about the possibility of controlling my windows remotely, but unfortunately my experience with the app and the gateway was far from satisfactory.

In summary, while the idea of controlling Velux windows remotely is appealing, the Velux App Control system does not meet the requirements for a satisfactory user experience. The WLAN connectivity issues and lack of support for 5GHz networks make it a frustrating product. Until significant improvements are made to the app and gateway, I cannot recommend the Velux App Control system.
Velux App Control has a miserable range of functions.
The device can't come close to what the VELUX INTEGRA Control Pad KLR 200 can do.
But it fits the image of Velux, unfortunately.

Window type: VELUX INTEGRA Solar, GGU FK06
Subsequent integration on the Raspberry Pi with Home Assistant OS also worked without any problems.
