The Tobii looks very chic and is quickly mounted.
The input lag is alsoextremely low
You notice how the infrared rays strain the eye. Can be. That one gets used to it.
In addition, can not use some tracker functions with 2 connected monitors, although one has connected the 2nd monitor for completely what else.
Thus, some functions, which recruit the Tobii with Windows are not in the range of usable - for me.
Simracer:
I don't recommend these to simracers.
The camera swing when looking for the Apex can check to steering errors.

My setup with three screens (2x 40 inches, 1x 30 inches) works great. Bar mounted, calibrated mechanically with the adjuster. Software with overlay for eye movement runs smoothly. Movements of the face and eyes are detected cleanly. Am spectacle wearer and work in completely darkened environment.
With Star Citizen funzt it perfectly! I still have to try it out with other games.
The price is steep, but if you don't want to buy a VR headset (I know, it's not the same), and if you have big enough screens, the immersion is pretty good.

Quite funny when it works. With a 21:9 Ultrawide 35" screen it doesn't work so well. It struggles at the edges of the screen because it's too big.
Since I installed the EyeTracker I had extreme performance fluctuations and sometimes graphic driver crashes on the desktop and in some games 10-20% less FPS (i9 9900k and rtx 3080). Since I uninstalled the again everything is back to normal.... so something is wrong with the software!

It works on a 57'' 32:9 monitor (Samsung G9)

With extremely wide screens, the eye tracking does not reach the edge, e.g. with the Samsung G9

You have to take it easy for the first few days. The leds blink in a frequency that you can't see normaly but if you turn your head or even just look around with your eyes, you will notice it. Made me tired rather quickly.
Pretty expensive but there's no real competitor out there, yet.
If you play Star Citizen: it's almost a must have. To be able to target ships just by looking at them and missle lock in any direction is such an QoL upgrade.
