Excellent chair, rebranded secret lab Titan
Very good chair. Lifetime waranty on steel parts. Its rly big chair. Im 183cm and my friend is 190cm high. For shorter people there is, i think, chair called hyperx Ruby. Diference should be like secret lab titan vs secret lab omega, since its the same chair, just rebranded. There is a review for those you should see if you wanna buy it. My recommendation 👍🏾
Super comfortable chair that can definitely keep up with the HighEnd chairs. Well individually adjustable to the personal seating style.
I bought this chair on sale for 229 CHF. I have informed myself before the purchase in detail about this chair and must say that all the info, which you can find on the Internet (google and youtube) so are correct. This chair is basically in a similar style as the high-end chairs from Noblechair or Secretlab. On top with a small pillow for the head, and in the lower back no pillows but a well adjustable lumbar support. You can adjust this support perfectly to your individual sitting style and are not forced to conform to a standard cushion that you always have to adjust.
It is best to assemble the chair in pairs, but it also went quite well alone. The assembly description could be a little more detailed.
In some reviews it is written that the chair would simply tilt forward if you sit more in the front part. I immediately tested this and can not confirm. Such reviews I lead back to a wrong assembly?
Seat and rocker comfort are very good and I am very satisfied. The chair can be well adjusted to the personal wishes bzgl height, armrests, etc good.
For the price I paid, absolutely recommended. And in normal price still cheaper than the high-end chairs, but with the same features.Pro

Could not be happier
Fantastic chair. Pay attention to the fact that it's a re-branded Secret Labs Titan.
The quality you get for the price is outstanding. The seat is perforated and I haven't had comfort issues due to heat.
Comfort is very good, with plenty of support without being too firm. Wheels glide rather well on stone and don't stain it (till now).
Build quality and supplied materials are top notch. It even comes with a pad to use while building it - and the build process is simple and quick. I assembled it all by myself in less than 20 mins.
I've gamed on it for hours on end and so far no dis comfort. IMPORTANT: This is a BIG! chair and will not fit for smaller people. I am 1.94m (6.4) tall and it fits just about fine for me. My family (all around 1.70-5m) have tried it and it's far too big for them.
I also appreciate that the arm rests are made of soft touch plastic. Nice.
Now a couple of downsides:
Arm rests are not exactly at the same height. The left one is about half a centimeter lower down. Not a deal-braker for me, but beware it can be the case.
The back rest is NOT perforated and you will feel it on a hot day.

Happy with this purchase of a new desk chair
Easy to build, comfortable seat with neckrest.
I like the fact that the backsupport is in the chair, and not some separate cushion.Satisfactory
The chair is comfortable enough. The quality of construction and material does however seem to be a little disappointing. Only after a year of use and already I am noticing structural weakness in the reclining part of the chair.
