Hello gselluxe I agree with you (I have already written a comment on this). It just doesn't work. The redeemed/purchased vouchers should retain the validity period of 12/24 months. After expiry, the model can then be changed, but certainly not simply credited as a credit. I would never have paid 100 Fr. for 6.66 months (we now pay 15.-/mt. as Family 5). That is definitely not possible.
Oh no, we're very sorry to read that, it's best to contact our customer service team directly. They will be happy to help you with your request. https://helpcenter.mobile.galaxus.ch/hc/de/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360002056120

To your question: 1. network quality: the network quality on Galaxus Mobile, which uses the Sunrise network, is described by some users as poor, especially indoors and in remote areas. It seems that there are differences in network behaviour which may be due to the use of a "cheap channel". 2. prices: The monthly base fee for the Galaxus Mobile CH Unlimited plan is CHF 19.00. There is no specific information about discounts for family packages or special tariffs for two children. You should ask Galaxus directly if there are any family discounts. 3. Sunrise != Sunrise: The network quality may vary depending on the supplier, as there may be different prioritisation and network segments. Galaxus Mobile uses the Sunrise network, but experiences may differ from those of other Sunrise customers.

The first MultiSIM with Galaxus Mobile is free for the first year. From the second year onwards, the MultiSIM costs CHF 5 per month.
Automatically generated from the .This is possible, but you must first register yourself (but without starting your own plan or activating the SIM card) and then add your son to your account as a "Friends & Family" member. You can also request a porting in this step. You can find the exact instructions here: https://helpcenter.mobile.galaxus.ch/hc/de/articles/9979634794002-Abo-Abschluss-f%C3%BCr-Minderj%C3%A4hrige#:~:text=Um%20selbst%C3%A4ndig%20ein%20Abo%20abzuschliessen,ein%20Abo%20f%C3%BCr%20sie%20abschliessen.
Yes, you can keep your old number.
Thank you very much for your feedback, I will be happy to pass this on to the responsible department.🫡
Yes, you can request the porting of your old number at the end of your contract when you register. In this case, we will send your current supplier the porting request for the next possible date and your new plan will start on this date.
[EDIT] Our SIM cards are not designed for routers, for further clarification and advice you are welcome to contact Galaxus Mobile customer service.😊 You can find our contact form at the following link: https://helpcenter.mobile.galaxus.ch/hc/de/requests/new

If you click on the second tab on the left in the Galaxus Mobile Cockpit ("Usage"), you will see the Multi SIM selection at the bottom. This Multi SIM is sent by post and costs 5.- per month after the first free year. :)
If you do not port an existing number, you will be assigned a number at random. Unfortunately, we do not currently have the option of freely selecting a number. A somewhat cumbersome workaround would be to buy a prepaid number of your choice from another supplier and then port this number to us.
Our cards are not technically designed for use in a router. It may be that the performance is throttled enormously or the card does not work at all. For this reason, Digitec offers the following iot cards in cooperation with Digital Republic: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/search?q=iot
So, regarding the spam filter, you are welcome to contact our customer service directly (give your telephone number) so that this can be set up for you. Here is the correct link: https://helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc/de/requests/new There is an error on the page you linked to. The responsible department has been informed directly. Thank you for pointing this out. :)
The additional SIM card costs CHF 5 per month after the first free year.
Ciao Andy Can't tell you anything about the network. But I recommend you stay away from this plan, the reception is underground and the Internet is deadly slow. Of course it's not like this all the time and there are times when it works reasonably well. But it is so annoying that we will change all Galaxus plans again. Greetings Marco
You can register two numbers, but then you have two profiles and also pay for both numbers. The old number will not be overwritten.
Yes, your previous number can be taken over. :)
All costs are listed here: https://mobile.galaxus.ch/static/documents/GalaxusMobile_Tarife_DE.pdf Alternatively, we have recently started offering a plan with unlimited data in the EU/USA. https://mobile.galaxus.ch/mobile/
