Fornetto Razzo Pro

The Fornetto Razzo Smoker is an extremely versatile, modular vertical smoker made from high-quality materials. The 18-inch smoker is available in elegant black or rich red, while the 22-inch version is only available in black. The body is made of enameled steel, which retains valuable heat, and it stands on sturdy, stable tripod legs. Each module features large side handles, making it easy to position, attach, and secure with strong clips.

Air is introduced into the fire chamber via rotary knobs, and the knob on the lid draws heat and smoke upward through the oven chamber. Access doors allow you to monitor the cooking of your food and refill fuel in the fire basket and water in the water pan without having to disassemble the unit. All knobs and handles are made of heat-resistant silicone.

With the built-in thermometer in the lid, you can monitor the temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Small holes near the access doors allow for the insertion of digital probes into various areas without letting heat or smoke escape.

The modular design allows you to easily reconfigure the smoker by adding or removing sections. Additionally, depending on the configuration, you have various cooking methods available: you can smoke, roast, steam, or grill.

Complete with high-quality 304 stainless steel cooking baskets, grill grate, and hooks, so you can prepare everything from meat, poultry, ribs, sausage, cheese, and fish, to name just a few.
