Pallets are great to build your own indoor and outdoor furniture. They are weather-resistant, can be stacked up, arranged in many ways and made into the furniture of your choice. How about a garden sofa for two? I’ve picked out three different cushion styles that will turn your pallets into a cosy outdoor lounge.
We sell almost everything for almost everyone – but not pallets. Yet, this doesn’t keep us from showing you how to make a stylish and comfy garden lounge with pallets and cushions. Mix and match these three styles of cushions or go for one – they’re all comfortable and just right for summer.
Tropical vibes
Palm leaf patterns turn your garden into a green jungle. Combined with colourful outdoor furniture, these cushions spread colour and a good mood. You like it even more crazy and wild? Throw in cushions with floral or fruity prints.
Classic colours
Play it safe with plain-coloured cushions. They go with everything and are sure to fit in, even if you decide to redecorate your patio or replace your garden furniture. Combining two colours also looks great: Choose one colour for the cushions you sit on and another colour for those that you lean against.
Mediterranean spirit
You have a garden and all you're missing is a sea view? Create your own little Mediterranean lounge with striped cushions. This iconic pattern, often in blue and white, makes us think of the sea, harbours and places such as the Côte d'Azur or the Costa Brava. Combine these striped cushions with blue or red garden furniture and you'll enjoy the sun and dream of the sea in your garden lounge.
