As a range specialist, Häberli has been offering robust, high-yielding and aromatic fruit and berry plants for the home garden for over 50 years. In 1964, founder Hansjörg Häberli laid the foundation stone for the fruit and berry plant business on his parents' farm in Neukirch-Egnach (Switzerland). 50 years later, the one-man operation has grown into a successful company serving customers in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, South Tyrol and Slovenia.
The focus of the assortment strategy at that time is still valid today and is consistently pursued: Robust and high-yielding, with aromatic fruits, are what the premium plants of the Häberli brand are supposed to be. To this end, Häberli maintains a network with growers around the world and is constantly on the lookout for the best varieties and new berry and fruit species. Of particular interest are aromatic novelties, improved quality characteristics or fruits with high health value. The existing range is regularly reviewed and updated.
